Track the right requirements for the right people.

Electricians do not need the same records as supervisors or general operatives. Create roles, assign requirements, and let the matrix show what is missing automatically.

  • Start from suggested role templates, then customise them
  • Add a requirement and every worker in that role is checked immediately
  • Track employees, subcontractors and agency workers side by side
  • Archive leavers without losing their history

Requirements are defined and reviewed by you. FieldClear tracks the requirements your organisation assigns. It does not decide what training is legally required for your workers or activities.

Questions people ask before signing up

Can I track subcontractors?

Yes. Workers can be recorded as employees, subcontractors, agency workers or other worker types, and you can filter the matrix by type.

Do workers need logins?

No. Only the people who manage records need accounts. Workers do not need to log in for you to track their qualifications and evidence.

Can multiple managers use it?

Yes. Invite other users and set permissions so people see and change only what is appropriate for their role.

Does the software tell me which qualifications are legally required?

No. The system helps you track the requirements your organisation assigns. You remain responsible for determining what applies to your workers and activities. We do not provide legal or health and safety advice.

Is my data private?

Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation's. Documents and records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by user permissions, and you can export or delete your data at any time. We host in the UK and EU.

Your training matrix already exists. Make it useful.
