Cookie Policy

Effective date: 8 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FieldClear Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on fieldclear.co.uk and related FieldClear services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. We use these technologies to run the Service securely, to remember preferences, and — where permitted — to understand usage and marketing performance.

3. Local storage

Alongside cookies we may use browser local storage to remember first-touch marketing attribution and interface preferences. Clearing your browser data removes it.

4. Third parties

Analytics, if enabled, may be handled by a third-party provider under contract. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe or a successor), which may set its own cookies during checkout. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs. We do not run advertising cookies or sell personal data to advertisers.

Third-party cookies and practices are governed by those providers' own policies. We are not responsible for their independent processing.

5. Managing cookies

On first visit we show a short notice explaining that we use necessary cookies, session recording and analytics. You can clear site data in your browser to see the notice again. Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in or use core features.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

7. More information

For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy. For anything else, contact hello@fieldclear.co.uk.

This Policy is provided for operational transparency. It is not legal advice.
