Why training records first
Almost every contractor we spoke to described the same artefact: a training matrix in Excel, maintained by one person, colour-coded by hand, and quietly out of date. Not because anyone was careless — because a spreadsheet is a passive document being asked to do an active job.
It is a narrow problem with a clear edge, which is exactly why it is a good place to start. You can describe what needs to happen in one sentence: upload the file you already have, and see what needs attention.
What we’re building towards
Training records are one part of a wider set of compliance operations that contractors run on documents, email and memory. Over time we intend to cover more of it. But we would rather do one thing properly than announce a platform we have not built.
So what you see on this site is what exists. When something new ships, it will appear here — not before.
How we work
- Self-service. No demo gate, no sales call, no implementation fee. Public pricing you can read without asking.
- Honest about limits. We do not decide what training the law requires of your workers, and we say so plainly rather than burying it.
- No invented credibility. We are new, so there are no customer logos or testimonials on this site. When there are real ones, they will be real.
